The MP5SD is a family of sub machine guns with integral silencer. It was introduced in the mid 1970's and remains in production today. The MP5SD is completely similar to the famous MP5, except for the integrated silencer with its associated forearm. It is known for its very silent operation and is very popular among counter terrorist units and special forces.
